Distribution: Arfak Mtns. (New Guinea). Specimens from Mansuar Isl. (Prov. of Papua, Indonesia) may also represent cyclotis (Meinig, 2002). Specimens from New Britain formerly assigned to this species apparently represent vizcaccia (Bonaccorso, 1998).
